Continued on with my Headspace journey and took some time to meditate. It was very relaxing and left me feeling more in control and ready to take on my day. For most of the time I am your typical type A neurotic control freak, so meditation has been something that I’ve really been trying to get into to help me relax more. I believe this is a free app and it comes with ten 10 minute sessions of guided meditation. I would highly recommend it.
